Ment’s most extensive project, Wax Orchard North, is a new custom designed residence located on Vashon Island in the Puget Sound. As head of documentation and coordination throughout the project, I was in direct communication with the contractor, engineer and the authority having jurisdiction. I designed most exterior details including minimal flashing details for the fireplaces and clipped eaves.
